No. During hypnosis you remain aware and in control of your choices. Hypnosis is a collaborative process and you cannot be made to do anything that conflicts with your values or intentions.
Most individuals describe hypnosis as a deeply relaxed but focused state, similar to meditation or becoming absorbed in a book or movie.You remain aware of your surroundings and can communicate at any time.

Moss & Moon provides wellness coaching and complementary mind–body services that support personal development and wellbeing. These services are educational, experiential, and supportive in nature.
Moss & Moon services do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or mental health counseling. No diagnosis, treatment of illness, or medical advice is provided.
These services are intended to complement — not replace — appropriate care from licensed healthcare professionals.
Relationship to Healthcare:
Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with their licensed healthcare providers and to consult with them regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

Hypnosis and Mind–Body Practices:
Hypnosis is a collaborative process designed to support focused attention, relaxation, and access to internal insight. You remain aware and in control during hypnosis and may choose to stop the process at any time.
Reiki and other energy-based practices are complementary approaches intended to support relaxation and balance within the body’s natural systems.
Individual responses to these practices vary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Plant Medicine Integration Support:
Moss & Moon may offer plant medicine integration support, which focuses on helping individuals process insights, emotions, or experiences related to prior psychedelic or plant medicine journeys.
Integration services:
• Do not include the facilitation, recommendation, preparation, administration, or provision of any psychedelic or controlled substances.
• Are limited to reflective coaching, education, and emotional processing support.
• Are intended to help clients safely integrate experiences into daily life.
Clients are solely responsible for their personal decisions and actions related to plant medicine outside of Moss & Moon services.
Emotional Awareness and Personal Growth:
Mind–body practices and personal development work may sometimes bring awareness to emotions, memories, or experiences. This process can be a natural part of growth and healing.
Clients are encouraged to practice self-care and to seek additional professional support if needed.
Client Responsibility:
By participating in Moss & Moon services, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are voluntarily participating in wellness coaching and complementary practices.
• You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
• You understand these services are not medical or mental health treatment.
• You will communicate any health concerns that may affect your participation.
Liability Release:
By participating in Moss & Moon services, you agree to release and hold harmless Moss & Moon and its practitioner(s) from liability related to your participation in coaching sessions, hypnosis, Reiki, or other complementary practices offered.
Informed Consent:
By scheduling or participating in services with Moss & Moon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Client Agreement, Consent, and Disclaimer.
