Becoming Whole is a six-month coaching experience designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and creating meaningful change from the inside out.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, learning to regulate your nervous system, and allowing the parts of you that have been unheard or unprocessed to finally move forward.

Reiki & Energy Healing
Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy practice that invites the body into deeper restoration and balance. Through light, intentional touch or hands held just above the body, each session creates space for the nervous and chakra systems to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to recalibrate.
Sessions may be intuitively integrated into your coaching experience as a way to support deeper regulation, release, and alignment. This is where the work moves beyond conversation. As patterns begin to shift, reiki allows your system to process and release what words alone cannot.

Using mind-body practices, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance, we explore what emerged for you and how to embody the lessons moving forward. Integration helps ensure the experience becomes more than a moment – it becomes lasting transformation.

Shadow work is the process of gently exploring the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide, suppress, or avoid, These can include old wounds, fears, or beliefs formed through past experiences. This can mean looking at uncomfortable parts of ourselves for the purpose of releasing and healing.

Mind-Body Medicine focuses on the interactions between the mind and the body, and how thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can affect and shape every aspect of our biological functioning. And, what happened in our bodies and how we care for them can in turn affect how we think, feel, and what we believe. Through experiencing a range of evidence-based and integrative practices, we can actively support your healing and overall well-being.

This is where change becomes effortless. Hypnosis supports a natural rewiring of thought patterns and reactions. Each session is intentionally tailored and guided to your unique needs. This modality may be integrated into your program to support deeper, subconscious transformation.
